The American Metalcasting Consortium (AMC) is providing direct support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) through new technology, improved processes, and technical expertise in the procurement of metacastings to ensure warfighter readiness.

AMC develops a programs that provide wide-ranging solutions throughout the full spectrum of the supply chain.

This online resource was created for prime contractors and the smaller machine shops (Tier 2 suppliers) to better understand the complexity of the foundry industry and provide best practices to properly identify and purchase castings specifically for defense applications.
